A trauma-informed, body-based approach to move from survival patterns into a greater sense of ease, presence, and aliveness with yourself, others and life. These sessions gently support you in feeling safe to fully feel, processing stored survival stress and completing emotional imprints stored in your nervous system, reconnecting you with the deeper intelligence of your body. Instead of using mental strategies to cope or 'regulation' practices to constantly manage overwhelm or reactions, you build the foundation to naturally respond with more capacity, clarity, and self-trust. Clients experience less emotional reactivity, more ease, better relationships and greater nervous system resilience. They begin to savor everyday moments instead of being in their head, receive support, rest, and pleasure without guilt, and feel more like themselves.

Hi, I’m Meg – a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, intuitive, and healer. I know all too well what it’s like to live in a body and mind that never fully relaxes, is shut down, and to feel intense emotions that are overwhelming or confusing. I lived that way for most of my life.
I used to think something was wrong with me until I learned that this was simply how my body learned to survive.
My work combines trauma-informed somatic healing, cyclical living, feminine movement and intuitive energy work that support healing at the root, helping you reconnect with your body, create a felt sense of safety, process stored emotions safely, and experience life with more ease, pleasure, and joy.

What is a Feel Your Way Forward Somatic Healing Session?
A Feel Your Way Forward Session is a gentle, titrated and safe, body-based approach that reconnects you with the deeper survival intelligence of your body, nervous system and emotions.
Instead of trying to think your way out of patterns, we work directly with the body to process stored survival stress, increase emotional capacity, restore a sense of safety from the inside out, and through somatic parts work. You learn to safely feel your body, your feelings and emotions, allowing survival patterns held in your nervous system to complete and integrate.
As your nervous system begins to heal, many clients find they naturally feel more present, less reactive, and more able to savor life, express themselves honestly, and receive the support and experiences they truly desire. Their relationships also improve.
These sessions are especially supportive for women who have been on the ‘healing path’ for a while, feel overwhelmed by their emotions, tend to hold everything together for everyone else, or feel like their body is always braced for the next thing.
